Licence to Boat respects all clients right to privacy, personal information collected will not be made available to any third party outside of the Qld Boatsafe scheme.
Licence to Boat may be required to collect and store personal information about participants in order to process course enrollments and issue statements of competency. All personal information collected by Licence to Boat will be stored securely, and deleted when no longer required.

Use of images
During the practical course Licence to Boat may wish to take photos or videos of the course and participants for promotional use, if this is the case permission will always be sought first. If you do not wish to feature in these please make us aware. If you later find that your image has been used and you wish it to be removed, contact us and we will remove it.
By consenting to Licence to Boat using photos or videos that may feature you, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with publication of these images.
When taking part in a practical course you are in an environment where photos and videos may be taken by other course participants, and you may appear in these. Licence to Boat accepts no responsibility for how photos and videos taken by third parties are used, displayed or published.
